– Qu’est-ce qu’une précommande ?

Une précommande signifie que le produit n’est pas encore en stock : il est actuellement en production.
Lorsque vous passez une précommande, votre article sera expédié dès que je reçois le stock, selon les délais indiqués sur la page du produit concerné.

💡 Les précommandes sont proposées à prix réduit, notamment lorsque je présente le design sous forme d’illustration (artwork) plutôt qu’avec des photos de produits déjà fabriqués.

⏳ Les délais moyens pour une précommande sont de 3 à 4 semaines après l’ouverture des ventes, le temps que la production soit terminée et que le stock arrive

Ensuite je prepare vos envois de commandes, et vous recevez les suivis par mails une fois la commande postée

📦 Important : si votre commande contient à la fois des articles en précommande et des articles déjà en stock, tout sera envoyé en un seul envoi lorsque la précommande sera disponible.

– What is a pre-order?

💡 Pre-orders are offered at a discounted price, especially when I show the design as an illustration (artwork) instead of photos of the finished product.

⏳ The average processing time for a pre-order is 3 to 4 weeks after the pre-order launch, to allow for production and delivery to me.

After that i pack your pre orders and you receive an email with tracking when shipped

📦 Important: if your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

– USA Shipments – Customs Info

📦 Due to recent changes in US import laws, all shipments from France to the United States must include a customs declaration.

💰 This means that USPS may charge import fees upon delivery (usually about 10–15% of the order value + a fixed handling fee of around $10).

❗ These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost on my website.

🚫 Orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.
